FIELD: building, particularly for erecting chimneys for combustion products removal from power engineering, metallurgical, chemical and other facilities.
SUBSTANCE: method of three-layered chimney structure building involves forming and installing outer and inner cylindrical bearing shafts of composite material; filling gap between outer and inner shafts with rigid filler. Cylindrical thin-walled outer and inner shafts and cylindrical joining sleeves for connection thereof are formed by winding glass fiber half-finished material impregnated with polymeric binding material under controlled industrial conditions and are transported as a set including outer shell, joining sleeves and inner shell packed in accordance to "tube-in-tube" scheme to chimney building area. Outer and inner shells are placed on ring chimney foundation bottom and gap between inner and outer shells is filled with foam concrete up to level located under shell edges. Distance between foam concrete level and shell edges is equal to half of cylindrical joining sleeve width. Joining sleeves are telescopically introduced into the gap up to foam concrete level and are embedded in non-solidified foam concrete. Then joining sleeves are connected to shells by adhesive. Next pair including outer and inner shells is installed on joining sleeve and connected with it. Above operations are repeated up to reaching desired chimney height.
EFFECT: increased chimney strength, reliability and service life, reduced labor inputs, cost and erection time.
