FIELD: means for fastening cables or ropes.

SUBSTANCE: one end of a rope is arranged inside the housing of the clamping device. The other end of the rope passes through the housing to form a loop and is fixed inside the housing with the use of two same spring-loaded rotation bodies. The first end is preliminary secured in an insert, which is mounted and spring-loaded inside the housing for permitting rotation. The insert has a semi-cylindrical projection for the permanent interaction with one of the rotation bodies. The other rotation body is mounted from the other side of the through passage in the housing and is spring-loaded.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of clamping.
