FIELD: means for fastening cables or ropes.

SUBSTANCE: clamping device is provided with an insert, which is mounted inside the housing for permitting rotation and spring-loaded. The insert has grooves for rotation bodies and through passage for passing and clamping the rope. Inside the insert is a spring-loaded member with the central axial through opening axially aligned with the through opening for the insert. The device is provided with a screw mounted from the side of the outlet opening of the housing and has through central opening and one-sided beveled teeth. The head of the screw is made for easing its detachment from the screw body. Two sides of the inner space of the housing, each of which is used for the interaction with the corresponding rotation body, are mutually shifted along the aligned axes of the inlet and outlet openings of the housing.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of clamping.
