FIELD: applicable for locking with sealing of objects needing the use of flexible coupling. SUBSTANCE: use is made of a piece of rope, whose one end is rigidly fastened to a tip, and the other is fixed by four similar rollers placed in mounting seats of the yoke positioned inside the body made in the form of a sleeve closed with a cover. The through hole in the body serves as an inlet at locking for the second free end of the rope piece, and the through hole in the body bottom serves as an outlet for it; the body cover faces the tip plane surface. The yoke is positioned inside the body for relation with observance of the minimum clearances between the external cylindrical surface of the yoke and the internal cylindrical surface of the body. The external plane surface of the yoke bottom is positioned opposite the internal plane surface of the body cover. The yoke mounting seats are made in the form of four similar radial slots oriented perpendicularly relative to one another, which intersect. The working surfaces of the yoke mounting seats are made stepped, two of which are plane and inclined relative to the yoke longitudinal axis, and the remaining ones are plane and parallel to the yoke longitudinal axis. The device is provided with two hollow semi-cylinders that are connected by spring rings with unilaterally chamfered prongs, bush with a plane end part rigidly connected to them, and with a hollow boss, pusher with four bosses placed in the yoke mounting seats for engagement with the rollers.
