FIELD: food industry; storage and transportation of fish in movable containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at creating simple and easy-to-manufacture container capable of providing preservation of freshness and nutritious properties of fish from moment of loading freshly caught fish to moment of its processing or use. To solve problem, in container provided with closed space with bottom, front, rear and side walls, cover and holes, closed space is made in form of housing with solid cover manufactured of two-layer food polyethylene, layer of aluminum foil layer of foamed polyurethane of foamed polystyrene are placed between inner and outer layers of housing and over walls. Container has bypass valve to discharge gauge gas pressure in closed space, nonreturn valve to deliver gas into space, nozzle to atomize gas, clamps, sealing gasket and reinforcing member made of metal rods.
EFFECT: provision of easy-to-manufacture container for preservation storing of fish.
