FIELD: mechanical engineering; nondestructive checks.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for revealing defects such as chocking, for instance, by remnants of ceramics, not completely overlapping blade cooling channels of turbomachine after pickling and also for revealing internal defects of articles. According to proposed method, checking of blade cooling channels is carried out by blowing through blade cooling system channels with hot air and blowing its outer surface with cooling air, measuring temperature patterns on blade surface when stationary temperature state is attained and processing of obtained thermograms. Blade for testing is placed in shaped housing, simulating turbomachine passage part, made of infrared rays conducting material, outer surface of blade is blown by air at room temperature with simultaneous delivery of hot air into channels of blade cooling system and measuring temperature patterns on blade surface with recording of thermograms of temperature patterns to moment when stationary temperature state is attained, and then cooling gas is fed into blade cooling system channels until stationary temperature state is attained at which the following condition should be observed: where is temperature of blown-through hot air, oC; is temperature of blowing out room temperature air, oC; is temperature of blown through cold air oC; Processing of thermograms is carried out by creating mathematical charts of blade surface temperature patterns according to following algorithm . Charts are chosen for each point of thermogram reflecting inverse states, and presence of defects is revealed by maximum temperature jump.
EFFECT: improved sensitivity and reliability of checking.
