FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining healthy human blood treated with acetyl choline solution and counting the number of rosette-forming cells in a smear before and after its being incubating with inactivated whole blood serum of ill patient at 37-37.5 C during 30-40 min and adding it to acetyl choline-loaded sheep erythrocytes suspension. The number of rosette-forming lymphocytes in smears is counted. The number being 1.5 or more times so large as the background value, myasthenia diagnosis is to be set.
