FIELD: neurology. SUBSTANCE: when determining acetylcholine-specific rosette-forming lymphocytes, original donor's blood is examined before and after inactivated patient's blood serum diluted with special medium in proportion 1: 10 and 1:20 is added followed by 30-40-min incubation at 37-37.5 C, and after addition of acetylcholine-sensitized ram red cells. When number of calculated rosette-forming lymphocytes in blood smear is 2.5 times increased compared to standard, myasthenia is diagnosed. EFFECT: facilitated diagnosis. 3 tbl, 3 ex
