FIELD: engineering of systems for operative production planning.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on use of computer system meant for searching for best schedule on basis of selected criterion. Data about amount of components and finished products in all reservoirs for the moment of start of schedule building process come into system from import block. Also included are data about planned tasks for readiness of products to certain time moment given according to shipment timetable, about formulations of mixing of each product, about speeds of coming of each product to respective reservoirs, about configuration of mixing area and amount of mixers in the flow. These data after check of physical realizability in data import block generate linear programming matrix, which is used by optimizer, which automatically selects method of optimization for searching for best timetable, which is interpreted by results interpretation block in form of starting and ending time for each mixing, starting and ending time for shipment of each component from respective component reservoir for each mixing of each product, starting and ending time of each coming of prepared product directly after mixing into respective product reservoir, time of switching of component feeding after filling of one component reservoir to another one.
EFFECT: method allows prior planning of mixing operations for several calendar time periods.
