FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems and methods for tracking fuel delivery. In particular, disclosed is a system for preventing mixing of oil products, comprising: at least one fuel tanker configured to perform trips to a gas station, the sections of which and the tanks of the gas station are equipped with labels with unique numbers, with a reading radius of not more than 5 cm; fuel tanker trips planning system, comprising a list of correspondences of unique numbers of gas station tanks and fuel tank section marks; mobile terminal configured to receive data from the trips planning system. System is designed so that to enable the fuel truck driver to check compliance of the fuel truck section containing the oil product with the gas station tank using a mobile terminal configured to receive data from the trips planning system. Said check includes reading unique numbers of marks located on said section of fuel tanker and on said tank of gas station, and mobile terminal compares read unique numbers of marks with those contained in task for trip; when said read unique numbers of marks coincide with those laid down in the task for the trip, the system is designed with the possibility of enabling the start of draining, including the measurement of the level and temperature of the oil product in the tank of the gas station by means of a level gauge, calculated level in the tank of the gas station after draining is calculated based on the volume of the already available oil product and the volume of the section planned to drain, and the calculated level is compared with the total volume of the tank of the gas station. If overfilling of the gas station tank is not predicted during draining, permission is obtained to start unloading by opening the stop valves on the fuel tanker and the oil product is drained into the corresponding tank of the gas station. System also provides verification of correctness of oil product discharge by measuring the level and temperature of the oil product in the tank of the gas station and comparing the measured level with the calculated one.
EFFECT: versatility of the proposed solution, which makes it possible to use it at gas stations of different types; possibility of use within a network consisting of several thousand gas stations; possibility of use when draining into two or more sleeves; ensuring safety when draining oil products; simplicity of solution due to exclusion of use of blocking; preventing mixing of oil products.
