SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device can be used for matching frame having coded characters flexibly detected in response to changes in data transfer speed with multiplier capacitance in data transfer system. Mentioned method involves generation of stream of LM repetitive characters by M-times by repetition of stream of L characters; calculation of first punching interval DI and first quantity PI of characters being punched; calculation of second quantity P2 of characters being punched; calculation of second punching interval D2; generation of stream of N characters by punching stream of LM repetitive characters at first punching interval D1 and second punching interval D2. Matching device for L coded characters has coder for shaping stream of L coded characters, repeater, punching pattern generator, and N-character stream shaper.

EFFECT: optimized performance characteristics without impairing them when matching coded-character frame with multiplier capacitance.
