FIELD: medical equipment and everyday life, in particular, may be used for energy replenishment and massage of a human-being. SUBSTANCE: the device has current-conducting applicators uniformly distributed on one side of the area of the dielectric backing. On the second side of the backing the applicators are made in the form of similar alternating balls of magnetic and non-magnetic material arranged on the area of the backing, in the form of a right-sided spiral converging on the center of the backing; the applicators are made in the form of six regular stars of current-conducting material with 3 to 8 rays inscribed in a circumference of at least 25 mm in diameter. Additionally on the side of the current-conducting applicators the device may have the second electrical backing, whose second side accommodates a group of applicators of magnetic material similar in quantity, dimensions and shape to the first ones and arranged exactly under them.
