FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacture of glass microproducts for converting them into hollow microspheres for laser physical experiments. One first chooses qualitative composition of functional components and then calculates optimal concentration of components of synthetic blend, wt %: SiO2 54.56-60.53, B2O3 3.24-7.01, Na2O 12.31-20.10, K2O 0.09-1.07, CaO 5.59-6.56, MgO 1.35-2.79, Al2O3 0.02-1.13, PbO 11.28-12.53. When varying silicate module within a range of 2.8 < nSi < 3.4 to calculate quantitative composition of components, one utilizes a mathematical model, in which dependences of hydrogen permeability coefficient and chemical stability on structural factors are consecutively introduced, said structural factors being silicate module nSi of glass-forming composition and molecular volumes Vi of functional components of synthetic blend both based on analysis of graphical representations of dependences of hydrogen permeability coefficient and chemical stability on quantitative composition of blend. Then, blend fraction 150-300 mcm is subjected to heat treatment.
EFFECT: enabled control of chemical stability and coefficient of hydrogen permeability.
