FIELD: glass technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass articles used in laser thermonuclear synthesis for diagnostic researches. The solution comprising H2SiO3, H3BO3 as the main glass-forming agents, NaOH and KOH as modifying agents, organic acid (HOOC)3(CH2)2COH and salt of (H4NOOC)3(C6H3)3CO(OH)2 as a chelating and gaseous agents involves additionally CaCO3, Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3 and roentgen-absorbing component PbO taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: H3BO3, 5.56-7.44; NaOH, 13.60-15.52; KOH, 0.06-0.15; CaCO3, 5.94-6.06; Mg(OH)2, 1.17-1.45; Al(OH)3, 0.02-0.05; PbO, 6.65-6.82; (HOOC)3(CH2)2COH, 20.5-22.90; (H4NOOC)3(C6H3)3CO(OH)2, 0.10-0.23; H2SiO3, the balance. Invention provides the enhancement of chemical stability of microspheres, reduction of their hydrogen permeability and possibility of absorption of roentgen radiation. EFFECT: enhanced and valuable properties of articles. 1 tbl, 1 ex
