Initial functional components are converted to intermediate water-soluble chemical compounds using additional components. The intermediate water-soluble chemical compounds are mixed in an amount of not more than 10 mg/l with a base in form of aqueous sodium silicate solution in which the ratio of silicon and sodium oxides is The obtained solutions are dried under ambient conditions to xerogel state.
EFFECT: simple synthesis of components of the mixture and provision for conditions for obtaining chemically homogeneous multiple-component glass forming compositionsc.
