FIELD: polymer production.
SUBSTANCE: process comprises three stages. In the first stage, reaction mixture is prepared by interaction of aminonitrile with water at molar ratio between 1:1 and 1:10, temperature 90 to 400оС, and pressure 1 to 150 bar in hydraulic tube, which contains fillers from acid Bronsted catalyst, in particular zeolite beta, lamellar silicate, or titanium dioxide, and metallic filler. These are placed in alternate manner. In the second stage, temperature between 150 and 400оС is used and pressure lower than first-stage pressure, the two parameters being selected such as to provide gas phase and liquid phase, which are further separated from each other. In the third stage, liquid phase is mixed with gas phase or water-containing liquid phase at 150-370оС and pressure 1 to 300 bar to produce polyamide. Invention makes it possible to suppress back mixing in hydraulic tube and to achieve narrow distribution of reaction mixture treatment time.
EFFECT: improved homogeneity and quality of product and simultaneously reduced power consumption.
