SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cleansing and disinfection of surfaces in apartments, sanitary-technical equipment, linen and dish in curative-prophylactic institutions, in objects of public utilities, in public nutrition and trade plants, in objects of railway transport and by population in homes. The indicated agent comprises the following components, wt.-%: polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride, 1.5-10.5; alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-20.3; additive: phenoxyethanol and/or phenylethyl alcohol, and/or benzyl alcohol, and/or 1,2-propylene glycol, and/or poly-(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride) and/or cetyl pyridinium chloride, and/or dimethylsulfoxide, and/or amine oxides, and/or carbamide, and/or monoethanolamine, 0.1-20.0; non-ionogenic surfactant: neonol, 0.3-25.5; dye, 0.001-0.01; perfume, 0.1-2.8, and water, the balance, up to 100. Agent provides enhancing antibacterial activity and expanding its spectrum, effectiveness against hepatitis B virus and stability of agent.
