FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using a solid substrate for culturing microorganisms. Substrate is placed on module bases disposed in the solid-phase fermenter capacity device and sown uniformly with microorganisms. Wetted air is passed through substrate in small consumption. Refrigerating unit is used for regulation of temperature into capacity. Module bases are made as plates disposed one over other that are permeable for air and water. Plates are connected with capacity wall by a manner that neither air nor water can't penetrate from the side. Refrigerating unit is placed under each module base that is connected with tubes for pouring and feeding cooling liquid by rapidly connectable joint that are disposed on the outside of the capacity. Capacity has holes for feeding sowing material and water and supplied by a nipple for feeding air and nipples for pouring off water and removing air. Invention provides sterile conditions in the process of fermentation, uniform aeration of substrate, controlling its temperature and increasing output of fermenter device.
EFFECT: improved culturing method.
