FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed industry, in particular to lines for the production of extruded feed using solid-phase cultivation for highly productive cattle. The line includes production hoppers with dispensers, hammer and impact crushers, extruder, dryer, nozzles for spraying liquid components. An intermediate hopper is installed after the hammer crusher, and then a magnetic head for trapping ferrous impurities. After the magnetic head, another intermediate hopper is installed, followed by a steamer, and then a long-term conditioner. An extruder is installed under the conditioner, followed by a hammer mill. After the hammer crusher, two solid-phase fermenters are installed, into which the nutrient medium from the inoculator is supplied through the pipeline. After the solid phase fermenter, a thermal tunnel dryer is installed, followed by a granulator with replaceable discs to form granules of various sizes.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain highly digestible extruded "protected" feed of a given granulometric composition using solid-phase cultivation for cattle.
