FIELD: production of sheathed articles, in particular, equipment for sheathing of elongated articles with yarn or metal wire.
SUBSTANCE: machine has cooperating sheathing and pulling machines, disk for spreading of sheathing before sheathing process, dc engines with thyristor regulators, plate, wing gear system mounted on plate, holders and guiding path for holders. Machine may be used for sheathing of polyethylene pipes having diameter of up to 150 mm.
EFFECT: simplified construction and improved quality of sheathing.
