METHOD FOR WELL COMPLETION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2235868 C1

FIELD: oil and gas extraction industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of lifting pipes, swapping of argillaceous solution with lightened liquid, causing influx and torch treatment of well. Causing of influx is performed by means of supplying natural gas from adjacent well and liquid from pumping device into booster device, compressing of gas-liquid mixture in it up to pressure greater than current bed pressure. Then gas-liquid mixture is fed into separator, where it is separated on liquid and gas environments. Liquid phase is directed back into pumping device. High pressure gas is directed first into pipe space of given well for pushing of lightened liquid on to surface or into depths of bed, then - into behind-pipe space for reaching of foot of lifting column by supplied gas. Then connection of pipe space of well to torch line is performed without cutting gas supply into behind-pipe space before start of influx causing procedure.

EFFECT: provides for smooth causing of influx from the bed due to gradual lowering of counter-pressure on the bed by means of lowering of level of lightened liquid being in the shaft of given well, by gas and lessening pollution of face-adjacent bed section due to removal of pushing of argillaceous solution into the bed with minimal capital and operational costs.
