FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. The dietary supplement (DS) includes minced amniotic shell of pine nut and taste flavour in the ratio of wt %: amniotic shell of pine nut - 30.0-90.0, taste-flavour - the rest. As taste-flavour it contains fruit and berry powder and/or dry extracts. All of the components of DS are used taking into account their functional and energetic value.
EFFECT: new food additive with increase biological activity due to increased content of dietary fibres, lipids, vitamins, macro- and microelements; big variety of biological exposure, correction properties of carbohydrates and fat metabolism strengthening and improving immunities.
