FIELD: domestic equipment for grilling of mutton on a spit in open air.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with ventilation slot, fire grate detachably fixed in casing and adapted for supporting of fuel, rods for stringing of basic raw material, drive with handle for rotation of rods, hollow box for accommodation of drive members, receptacles for rods, and cover mounted on casing and provided with openings for exit of fuel combustion products. Rod rotation drive is made in the form of planetary friction transmission, whose sun gear and satellite gears are made in the form of cone rolls spring-loaded with respect to one another. Sun gear is fixed from slippage inside box, which may be secured to casing or to handle. Rod receptacles are formed in satellite gears. Apparatus is further provided with rollers positioned on casing for rotation and for receiving thereon of box and drive handle. Number of revolutions of satellite gear relative to its axis upon one revolution of carrier is not even number.

EFFECT: more uniform frying of raw material owing to rotation of rods relative to their axis and axis of casing.
