SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring support capacity of inferior limb in patients with large defects in proximal department of femur after purulent lesions, gunshot wounds of hip joint, after removing endoprosthesis as a result of suppuration. Developed scar-soft-tissue fragment out of a strainer of wide femoral fascia mobilized above greater trochanter should be placed into cotyloid cavity, into the thickness of the above-mentioned fragment one should introduce demineralized osseous transplants to provide limb's support capacity.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
