FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out irrigation system implantation, fractionally administering drugs 5-6 times during 10 days. Light guide ending at the level of proximal irrigation system end is introduced into the irrigation system for carrying out laserophoresis by means of laser radiation therapy apparatus once a day during 10 min with power of 1.5 mW via flexible light guide introduced to proximal irrigation system end level. Atypic retinal dystrophy with general metabolism disorders being the case, intravenous blood laser irradiation treatment is applied 10 days long daily during 10 min.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
