FIELD: otolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: treatment of larynx movement disorders caused by damaged returning nerve comprises subcutaneous introduction of methacin in dose 0.25-0.5 mg followed by introduction of proserin in dose 0.5-1.0 mg 15-25 later.
EFFECT: ensured restoration of larynx movement function with early restoration of nerve conduction in absence of undesired treatment effects.
