SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for prophylaxis and treatment of acute infectious diseases of viral and bacterial nature. Invention proposes an immunotropic preparation representing expressed honey obtained by feeding to bees the composition comprising monoflower honey collected from Compositae family plants and comprising 3-hydroxyflavon silybin, propolis flavonoid fractions, colt's leaves extract, flowering knot-grass extract, arnica flower heads extract taken in the definite ratio of components. Preparation induces synthesis of endogenous α-, β- and γ-interferon, enhances activity of phagocytosis, promotes to normalization of state of health of patient for a short time.

EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of preparation.
