Invention proposes an immunotropic preparation representing honey obtained by feeding to bees the composition comprising monoflower honey from plants of the Compositae family and comprising 3-hydroxyflavon silybin, extract of flavonoid fractions from propolis, glabrous licorice extract, pot-marigold extract, perforated Saint-John's-wort extract being components are taken in the definite ratios. The preparation induces endogenous α- and β-interferon, elicits an anti-allergic, immunomodulating, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
