FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: immunotropic agent consists of Composite family plants extract at amount 0.5-75 wt.% and monoflower honey containing 3-hydroxyflavone-silibin at amount 25-99.5 wt.-%. An agent is obtained by processing the indicated composition by bees, being at least twofold, followed by fractionation by honey an aqueous solution freezing up to -60 C and the following defrosting to 15-30 C. Immunotropic agent stimulates immune processes, normalizes metabolism, shows an antibacterial, antiviral activity and inhibits growth of some tumor cell species. Invention can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of secondary immunodeficient states in viral, malignant and bacterial diseases.
