SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for prophylaxis and treatment of secondary immunodeficiency states and inflammatory processes of viral and bacterial nature. Invention proposes an immunotropic preparation representing honey obtained by feeding to bees the composition comprising monoflower honey collected from Compositae family plants and comprising 3-hydroxyflavon silybin, flavonoid fractions of propolis, knot-grass extract, Aronia melanocarpa extract, sea-buckthorn mature fruits extract taken in the definite ratio. Preparation induces synthesis of endogenous α- and β-interferon, activates cellular and humoral immunity and elicits an anti-inflammatory effect.
