FIELD: devices for aeration of liquids in aeration tanks; concentration of minerals; aeration of pulp in processing ore and non-ore raw materials; fermentation plants in food-processing industry; floatation cleaning of waste water; wood-pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has rotatable housing fitted with bent discharge attachments. Gas supply branch pipe is connected with housing through bearing and is provided with liquid supply branch pipe mounted concentrically. Device is also provided with additional branch pipes which are rigidly connected with bottom of housing and is coupled with liquid supply branch pipe through additional bearing. Discharge holes of additional branch pipes are coaxial relative to intake holes of attachments of housing. Ratio of diameter of discharge hole of additional branch pipe to width of clearance between additional branch pipes and intake hole of discharge attachment is equal to 2:10 to 2:15 and ratio of diameter of discharge hole of additional branch pipe to diameter of intake hole of discharge attachment ranges from2 to 8. Bearings are made in form of sliding bearing.
EFFECT: enhanced ejecting ability of aerator; possibility of keeping the working liquids in suspended state; intensified saturation of liquid with oxygen.
