FIELD: metal working, finishing gear wheels.
SUBSTANCE: shaver has back and front cutting angles and it includes grooved disc plates mounted in beaded casing. In grooves of disc plate balls are arranged. Said balls are designed for engaging with helical grooves by angle corresponding to inclination angle of shaver teeth. Between said casing and disc plates elastic members are arranged. Shaver is provided concentrically mounted nuts for forcing disc plates to bead of casing. Disc plates are made of material having elastic properties and they have in each tooth shaped angular basing members into which cutting angular petals are inserted. Disc plates are designed for engaging by their upper portion with said elastic members. The last are in the form of springs arranged in additional ring. Above mentioned helical grooves are made in casing. Shaver may have wedge angular inserts arranged in combination with cutting angular petals.
EFFECT: enhanced strength and operational reliability.
