FIELD: precise mechanical working of parts, namely clamping device and method for making parts at exact reproducing of predetermined configuration while using respective blank.
SUBSTANCE: clamping device for fastening blank of aerodynamic profile part such as blade with two basing members includes base with end walls. Spacing between said walls is sufficient for placing blank between them. Clamping device also includes clamping mechanism for fixing blank mounted on first end wall and made with possibility of abutting by means of first supporting member with first basing member and with possibility of creating effort providing engagement of second basing member with stop mounted on second end wall. Clamping mechanism or stop may turn around turning axis relative to end wall supporting it respectively. Clamping mechanism and stop are provided with members preventing slipping of blank and cross shifting of blank relative to clamping device after termination of blank fastening in said device. Method for making part comprises steps of producing blank with first basing member in its one end and with second basing member in its other end; placing blank to clamping device; fixing blank in said device due to adjoining clamping mechanism and first basing member and creating (by means of clamping mechanism) effort for engagement of second basing member with stop of clamping device; mechanically working blank.
EFFECT: simplified process for making aerodynamic -profile parts such as turbine blades.
