FIELD: polymer production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of oil- and gasoline-resistant (polyurea)polyurethanes with structure from cellular to dense and with improved physical properties. (Polyurea)polyurethanes are prepared from reaction mixture composed of (i) individual polyether-polyol with hydroxyl functionality at least 2 and molecular weight 1000 to 8000 or mixture with average hydroxyl functionality 2.02-2.95 consisting of at least one polyether-diol with hydroxyl number 10-115 and at least one polyether-triol with hydroxyl number 12-56 optionally containing filler based on styrene/acrylonitrile copolymers; (ii) 5 to 30 wt % of polyester-polyol with molecular weight 1000 to 6000; (iii) polyisocyanate component; (iv) chain extender; and, if necessary, foaming agents, activators, and other auxiliary additives, all components being added until desired isocyanate index 70-130 is attained. Material may be employed in manufacture of footwear soles, rolls, wheels, and tires.

EFFECT: increased hydrocarbon swelling resistance, microbial resistance, and abrasion resistance.
