FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: treatment is carried out in presence of alumino-palladium catalyst, which, in the preparation stage including reduction in hydrogen-containing atmosphere, has been additionally treated with liquid stream containing monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at 20 to 100оС and hydrogenation treatment.
EFFECT: reduced asphaltization.
