FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for transportation of lump and loose loads by dragging, namely, to drag scrapers, and it can be used for mining channel diamond placer deposits, for instance, in Angola. Proposed scraper consists of two side walls interconnected from top cross member, rear wall, trailing devices for head and tail drag cables. Cross member is made in form of cover connected with rear wall of scraper. Longitudinal profile of surface, thus formed, is described by curve variable radius increasing from lower edge of rear wall to edge of cover from side of head cable. Cover is perforated by longitudinally orientated slots arranged in staggered order.
EFFECT: increased capacity and improved efficiency of scraper in operation.
