FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has sensor placed on bearing rod, radiation source, focusing headpiece, transmitter and receiver of light energy with register, connected by transferring and receiving fiber light guides. Device has guiding and receiving lenses mounted in guiding pipes placed on rotation axis in focus of each other, and fixing lock mounted at end of bearing rod. Register is provided with counter of number of rotations, analyzer and photo-receiver. Sensor is made in form of optical plate with natural polarization, mounted in pipe rotating in ball bearings, which pipe is connected to driving shaft by transferring mechanism, axis of rotation of which passes through crossing pint of optical axes of plate and is provided with spreader assembly, made in form of two pressing rollers, connected by levers.

EFFECT: higher precision, speed and reliability of measurements.
