FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: meter has double-wave radiation source 1 and photodetector 25 optically coupled through optical fibers 2 with sensor 3 incorporating modulating component 14 made of electrooptic monocrystal with regular domain structure whose domain axes are perpendicular to planes of electrodes 15 formed on two opposing sides of this component, diaphragms, microlens 4 whose optical axis receives interference device for dividing different- wavelength channels into two similar measuring arms assembled in glass module one of whose sides tilted through 45 deg. to optical axis of lens carries multilayer interference filter 5 and its other side beveled at 135 deg. to optical axis of microlens 4 mounts mirror 22. Measuring arm is built up of optically coupled four gradient bar lenses 6-9, modulating component, and triangular prism 20; first and second measuring arms are optically coupled with photodetector 25 through ϒ-combiner and receiving optical fiber with gradient index profile similar to transmitting optical fiber that couples radiator with sensor. Photodetector 25 is essentially glass module one of whose sides bears holographic diffraction grating for spatial separation of protodectors electrically connected to signal processing unit. Meter sensor is built of dielectric material only and has small mass and dimensions; its integral design is possible. EFFECT: improved validity, accuracy, and sensibility of meter. 2 cl, 1 dwg
