FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a source of radiation, a reflector optically connected with, a sensor of displacement connected with a reference point, a receiver of radiation and a plate-polarization. It is also provided with a diaphragm, a quaterwave plate, an analyzer, a plano-convex lens, a pentaprism, a plano-concave lens and a photomultiplier which are located on one and the same optical axle. For tuning the arrangement an ocular is introduced. The measurements of deformations are fixed with the recorder. The sensor of displacement is fulfilled in the shape of an axle connected through a spool with a thread with the body of the reference point which has a thrust mechanism. On the other end of the axle there is a reflector with the plate-polarization between which a spiral spring of a double-sided action is installed through the partitions. It liquidates the sagging of the thread.
EFFECT: increases accuracy of measurements and also expansion of the area of application in inaccessible and almost inaccessible regions.
