FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for selective discharge of gas compressed in cylinder depending on pressure in discharge channel. Proposed rotary-gas compressor with inclined shaft is provided with multistep discharge system. It has drive shaft connected to cylinder head which is provided with gas holes. Gas guide service to intake gas and discharge compressed air. Crankcase cover is connected with drive shaft and is provided with intake port and three discharge ports. Valve plate of crankcase cover for contact with outer surface of cylinder head and is provided with groove of gas intake valve and three grooves of gas discharge valve. Cylinder block is provided with cylinder holes and it is made integral with cylinder head and is furnished with pistons installed for sliding. Rotary plate is connected with cylinder block and with pistons and it converts rotary motion into reciprocation motion.
EFFECT: reduced noise level, increased efficiency and reliability in operation.
