FIELD: methods or apparatus for filling pressure vessels.
SUBSTANCE: mobile filling station is mounted on a vehicle and has a vessel provided with interwall space and filling system, weighting device for filling domestic vessels, and control-measuring apparatus. The interwall space of the vessel is sealed to withstand pressure Patm < P < Poper and filled with heat insulation material and inertia gas which prevents pressure in the vessel to exceed a given value and provides keeping the temperature inside the vessel to be lower than a given one when firing. Here P is the pressure in the interwall space, Poper is the operation pressure, and Patm is the atmospheric pressure.
EFFECT: enhanced safety.
