FIELD: electrical engineering, namely method for making articles of composition materials, for example of fiber glass plastics, for using as constructional members of support insulation and super-stress suppressors.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of winding glass fiber onto mandrel by means of device for stacking skew layers in longitudinal and in cross directions. Part of glass fiber is fed to mandrel through impregnation unit and it is wound onto mandrel along ring that is in cross direction relative to axis of rotating mandrel. Part of glass fiber is fed from rotating stacking device onto glass fiber supplied from impregnation unit onto mandrel and it braids it in parallel relative to mandrel axis. Impregnation of glass fiber is realized directly on mandrel. Quantity of glass fiber stacked in parallel relative to mandrel axis is regulated in range 0.4 - 0.7 of total quantity of glass fiber. It is possible to use as glass fiber filaments, roving, ropes, belts and so on.
EFFECT: possibility for making article with high elasticity in axial direction, improved operational properties of articles.
