FIELD: concentration of minerals, in particular, equipment for radiometric separation of ores.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, transportation mechanism, radiation source, air and mineral luminescence intensity detector, whose output is connected to first input of mineral luminescence signal generator and to air luminescence intensity detector, whose output is connected to second input of mineral luminescence signal generator and to second input of control signal generator, whose output is connected to actuating mechanism control unit, said control unit being connected to actuating mechanism. Apparatus is further equipped with unit for non-linear processing of mineral luminescence signals, with input of said unit being connected to output of mineral luminescence signal generator and output is connected to first input of control signal generator.
EFFECT: increased precision in separating of mineral luminescence signal from noise.
