FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-handling device and it can be used for recovering vehicles, mounting and repairing electric circuits, creating holding forces, at logging, etc. Rocking handle of winch is installed on housing parallel to drum axle, and pawl rotation axle installed in longitudinal slot of drive handle is held at preset distance from axle of rotation of drum by plate hinge-connected with axles of drum and pawl.
EFFECT: reduced load on winch drive handle at constant pull of wire rope.
