FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of chalcogenide glasses used in optoelectronics mainly. Invention provides the development of chalcogenide glass eliciting property for transformation of infrared radiation to visible radiation with simultaneous retention the transparence region of luminescent chalcogenide glass due to addition of Al, Br, B, Er and Ln to the glass composition. Chalcogenide glass has the following composition, at.-%: Si, 1-5; Al, 1-8; Br, 1-15; B, 1-6; Ln, 1-15; Er, 1-5; Ge, 10-25; Ga, 3-20; S, 54-70.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glass.
