FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has electric engine of direct current mechanically connected to executing tool of mechanism, thyristor power block, rotation frequency controlling means, filter, first regulator for controlling rotation frequency of electric drive, second regulator made in form of proportional-integral-twice-integrating block, impulse forming system, sending impulses for opening of thyristors, voltage sensor, current sensor, rotation frequency sensor, first proportional block, second proportional block, third proportional block, first inertia-differentiating block, fourth proportional block, also inserted into drive is second inertia-differentiating block, input of which is connected to output of rotation frequency sensor, and output is connected to fourth input of second regulator, filter is made in form of nonperiodic block, first regulator is made in form of inertia-proportional-differentiating block and second regulator is meant for regulating first derivative of electric drive rotation frequency.
EFFECT: prevented static error in first derivative of rotation frequency for lessening time needed for acceleration of technological devices electric drives.
