SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in industrial plants to displace actuator mechanism along optimal by fast-action diagram, i.e. in possible minimum time. The device consists of an AC electrical drive, inertia-free converter, elastic drive-shafting, actuator, controller, electrical drive position regulator, filter, electrical drive rotation frequency regulator, current regulator, current sensor, motor rotation frequency regulator, actuator rotation frequency sensor, actuator position sensor, inertial-differential pulley 1, algebraic adder, aperiodic unit 2, inertial-differential pulley 2. In addition, the inertial-differential pulley 3, aperiodic unit 3 and algebraic adder 2 are introduced in the drive.
EFFECT: combination of doubled integrating system of automatic control and elastic drive shafting allowing for increasing efficiency of industrial plants.
