FIELD: electrical engineering; regulation of load-lifting speed of crane.
SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in known second-order astatic regulation system for angular velocity of improved-performance electric drive distinguished by zero static error in regulating angle of turn of lifting gear final element, minimal possible error in final element speed control during harnessing control actions by electric drive, maximal response of governing circuits, minimal dynamic error in speed control of final element at stepped external disturbing action, that has dc motor connected to lifting gear final element, speed selector, filter, two governors, pulse shaping system, thyristor power unit, voltage sensor, current sensor, motor speed sensor, three proportional units, aperiodic unit, and first inertial-differential unit is provided with newly introduced threefold-positional-differential-twofold-differential-threefold-differential unit, twofold-positional-differential-twofold-differential unit, second inertial-differential unit, twofold-positional-differential unit, twofold-positional-proportional-differential-twofold-differential unit, and fourfold-positional-differential-twofold differential-threefold-differential-fourfold-differential unit; filter is made in the form of fourth-order positional unit, first governor, in the form of proportional-integral unit that functions to govern lifting gear final element speed, second governor, in the form of proportional-integral-twofold-integral-threefold-integral-fourfold-integral unit that functions to govern lifting gear final element speed.
EFFECT: provision for setting desired rate of load acceleration (braking).
