SUBSTANCE: proposed ultrasonic transducer generator has power amplifier designed for switch-mode operation and loaded into oscillatory system built of at least two coupled circuits of which first one is matching system and last is electromechanical circuit of ultrasonic transducer; automatic phase control system incorporating voltage-controlled generator; phase detector; control signal unit incorporating process frequency sensor; active low-frequency current filter; active high-frequency voltage filter; current sensor, and voltage sensor.

EFFECT: enlarged operating frequency range.
