SUBSTANCE: novelty is introduction of static raster component identical to single-channel raster modulator whose input is also optically coupled with light source. Photodetector is also newly introduced, its input being optically coupled with output of static raster component and output, with second input of differential amplifier whose first input is coupled with output of single-channel raster modulator photodetector.
EFFECT: reduced error, enhanced precision.
